2. DEFINITIONS
The following term(s) and expression(s) shall have the meanings assigned to them hereunder unless the context otherwise requires:
Platform refers to any website, application, software (of any kind) that is owned, used or otherwise operated by ARTC(as defined below) and made available to the public. In particular www.alrostamanitrading.ae
Contents refers to all information, materials, logos, items, programs, messages, products, texts, words, numbers, services, videos, sounds, pictures, articles, statements, symbols, software, source code(s), databases, and all materials displayed on the Platform owned, used, operated by or licensed to ARTC or other third-parties, as the context requires.
“You” or “you” and “Your” or “your” or “User” refers to any visitor and/or customer and/or subscriber and/or user and/or person who uses the Platform in any manner whatsoever.
“ARTC” or “we/ us /our” refers to Al Rostamani Trading Company LLC, and where expressly indicated, other members of the Al Rostamani Group: (1) United Diesel LLC ; (2) Al Rostamani Auto Service Center LLC ; (3) Al Rostamani Pegel LLC; (4) Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC ; (5) Tamani Marina Hotel and Hotel Apartments LLC; (6) Central Trading Company LLC ; (7) Al Rostamani Trading Company LLC; (8) Al Rostamani Communications LLC ; (9) United Diesel Enterprises LLC; (10) Al Rostamani Travel and Holidays LLC; (11) Al Rostamani International Exchange LLC; (12) Abdulla Al Rostamani Properties LLC.
“Terms” refers to these Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy is published separately and forms part of these Terms by reference.
“Prohibited Activity” refers to any activity that is unlawful, illegal or otherwise violates these Terms.
3. USE OF THE PLATFORM
3.1 Disclaimer: every reasonable effort is made to make our Platform available to the public by using industry standard virus detection software and available systems. However, the internet is not a safe environment and, therefore, we urge you to be cautious and take all necessary measures when accessing, using or browsing the Platform or any other website(s) or domain(s) displayed on it. The Platform and Content displayed are provided on an ‘as-is’ and ‘as-available’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will ARTC will be liable for any loss or damage, including, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of data, loss of profit or any other loss or damage (of any kind whatsoever) arising out of or in connection with:
- Accessing and/or using the Platform or the displayed Content in any manner;
- Any typographical errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in Content (of any kind);
- Any disruption, viruses, bugs, system failure or any other technical issues (of any kind);
- Any violation of the Terms (in any manner whatsoever) by any other User;
- Any violation of any applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates or elsewhere by any User;
3.2 We make no representations, warranties or guarantees (express or implied) with regard to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of any information or Content that is displayed on our Platform in any way, shape or form. Without limitation, we do not warrant that pricing, specifications, availability, or financing information is error-free.
3.3 Acceptable Use: All Content displayed on the Platform is provided to you as a service to browse the Platform for general information purposes only and it is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. Our Content may not be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior express permission.
3.4 Prohibited Activities: you acknowledge and undertake not to use our Platform for any of the following:
- Use the Platform in any way to forge or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Platform;

- Use the Platform in any way to copy, store, host, transmit, send, publish, upload or make any available any Content or materials which consist of (or is linked to) viruses, bugs, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software or any form of computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware telecommunications equipment, “hack” or otherwise attempt to circumvent any access control, or any other action that causes, or may cause damage (of any kind) to the Content and/or the Platform or otherwise affect its performance, availability or accessibility;
- Use the Platform in any way or copy, store, host, transmit, send, publish, upload or make attempt of any unauthorized representation or imitation of the ARTC or the Content, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- Conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining and data extraction) on or in relation to our Platform without our prior written consent;
- Make any unauthorized access or otherwise use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of any Users;
- Commit any action that causes or may cause disrupt, delete, tarnish, harm, damage, or otherwise adversely affect the performance of the Platform or any of its Contents (in any manner whatsoever);
- Commit any action that may adversely affect the ARTC’s business, reputation, image and goodwill, including, false or malicious statements (of any kind whatsoever);
- Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age without parental/guardian consent (in line with UAE Child Digital Safety Law).
3.5 Account Registration & Security: Certain features require you to create an account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected breach, fraud, or misuse.
4. VEHICLE PRICING, AVAILABILITY & SPECIFICATIONS
4.1 Indicative Pricing Only: All Vehicle prices displayed on the Platform are for general information only, were accurate at the time of publishing, and are subject to change at any time without notice. Online prices do not constitute a binding offer and may differ from prices available at our showrooms.
4.2 Currency, Taxes & Fees: Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT, registration, insurance, delivery, accessories, optional packages, extended warranties, and any bank/finance fees. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing.
4.3 Availability & Delivery: Vehicle availability is subject to stock, allocation, and lead times. Images are for illustration only; colours/finishes may vary. Specifications and equipment may change without notice due to manufacturer updates or market conditions.
4.4 Misprints & Errors: Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE). In the event of a pricing, specification, or availability error, we may correct the error and are not bound to honour an erroneous listing.
4.5 Finance & Insurance: Any finance illustration or calculator is indicative only and subject to independent bank approval, credit assessment, and final documentation. Insurance is provided by third parties on separate terms.
4.6 Promotions: Promotions are time-limited, subject to specific T&Cs, and may be withdrawn or modified without notice.
5. COPYRIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Platform contains trademarks, logos, trade names, numbers, words, symbols, patents, pictures, videos and other Content that is protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. ARTC have obtained the needed permission(s) to use other third-parties Content and/or display it on its Platform. Be aware that you are not authorized to copy, modify, disrupt, alter, delete, transmit, distribute or otherwise use (in any manner) any Content that is protected by intellectual property laws without obtaining the prior permission and authorization from its rightful owners.
6. FRAUDULENT WEBSITES
Whereas ARTC and Al Rostamani Group is a well-known group of companies with an outstanding reputation in the market, many are trying to take advantage of the Al Rostamani Group’s goodwill and reputation by imitating its trademark(s), image(s), layout(s) and Content. Fortunately, we have discovered the fraudulent websites that are imitating our intellectual property rights and/or operating in violation of our intellectual property rights.
We spare no effort to keep our Platform up and running in a safe manner, to the extent reasonably possible. It is our responsibility to spread awareness of these “website spoofs” and your responsibility to check the link source of any website linked to our Platform or any other domain using our Content without permission.
All Content or mention of our partners and clients is based on successful business relationship. However, the following website spoofs are not part of ARTC or the Al Rostamani Group (in any way, shape or form) and are operating in violation of our intellectual property rights:

7. THIRD PARTY CONTENT
The Platform may include links and Content of our business partners, clients and other website(s) and domain(s) of third parties. In no event Users should assume their endorsement by ARTC unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform.
ARTC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the Content, privacy policies or practices of any third party’s websites. You acknowledge that accessing these sites and domains will be at your own risk. In no event ARTC will be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss caused or to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
9.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect without being affected or impaired in any way.
9.2 No Waiver: No failure, delay, or partial exercise by ARTC in enforcing any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall it prevent or restrict any further exercise of that right or any other right. A waiver shall only be effective if expressly made in writing and shall apply solely to the specific circumstances for which it is granted.
9.3 Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without ARTC’s prior written consent. ARTC may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor entity as part of a merger, reorganisation, acquisition, or business transfer, and such assignment shall be effective without requiring further notice.
9.4 Force Majeure: ARTC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes or events beyond its reasonable control. These events may include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, utility or telecommunications failures, or any other circumstances that make performance commercially impracticable.
