We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures that is available to us to protect your data. However, we can never guarantee the absolute security of any information or data collected and/or displayed on the Platform. Users will be notified and/or contacted by ARTC in case of detecting any breaches or violations using the information shared with us, in accordance with applicable law.
9. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy (e.g., contract duration, warranty and aftersales periods), and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. After expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Subject to UAE law, you have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object or withdraw consent (e.g., for marketing).
